Storied to be in the original Negroni recipe, Campari is perhaps the most well know and popular Italian Amaro.
I don’t suppose it has anything to do with Campari’s provocative marketing.
The Gin: Your Choice, make it Dry
The Vermouth: Cinzano Rosso
The Amaro: Campari
More: Orange Slice
The Campari Recipe
– 1 part Campari
– 1 part gin
– 1 part vermouth Cinzano Rosso
Build in a double rocks glass with ice. Garnish with a slice of orange.
