Yes an everyday good Negroni, but add a few sour cherries for a little extra action. They get very tasty sitting in the vermouth and amaro.

1 1/2 oz Plymouth Gin

1 oz Vermouth, pick a good one

1 oz Amaro, any one will do.

Sir on ice, serve on ice or on the rocks, add a few cherries and a little juice if you like, and the obligatory orange peal.
