Copperhead Club is cool new bar in Peakskill, down by the train station near the river. It was a real dive bar before, and now is a revived scene with a great vibe and creative drinks and food.
Went there with my friend Eric and enjoyed the riff on a Boulevardier. Made with Chattanooga Rye, Stellare Primo, Contratto Rosso, Maraschino, Orange Bitters.
The room was filled with all sorts of patrons, felt like a lot of local regulars. The bar was a happening scene and the dining room a little calmer with families and all.
Worth a visit.
