While in Seattle I also visited Canon – Whiskey and Bitters Emporium – one of the top 50 bars in the world.  Here the offer “the western hemisphere’s largest spirit “Negroni # 41 “The Hanky Panky” at Canon Seattle.”

Seattle is home to many great cocktail establishments, one of the best is Rob Roy on 2nd avenue in the hip Belltown section of town.  I asked the bartender, Brady Sprouse,  “Negroni # 38 “Rob Roy Seattle””

Now here is a very special Negroni found at Top Chef contestant Leah Cohen fabulous place on the Lower East Side.   The Gin:  Dry Gin The Vermouth: None, instead a luscious house “Negroni # 37 “Pigroni” at Pig and Khao NYC”
